Here are the the features of the remote:
Distance test results:
• Using the remote facing behind the Camera around the same level of the camera = 15.75 ft
• Using the remote facing in front of the Camera around the same level of the camera = 32.5ft
• Using the remote facing the side of the camera around the same level = 8.5ft
Each button does make a noise when you press it.
The zoom feature on this remote is not a steady zoom. Each click it zooms in a section at a time. Holding down the zoom button does not make it zoom in and out
